How to read this: the list ranks the universe by volume vs normal, strength vs a typical day's range and how early the move is. Bias is where price sits relative to VWAP and the 09:15–09:30 opening range. Each idea comes with three plans — Low, Medium and High risk — differing in stop width and how much capital they put on the line, and each states the minimum capital that makes it worth taking after costs. Stage tells you what to do: SETTING UP wait for the trigger · TRIGGERED entry zone is live · EXTENDED move is late, pullbacks only · NO EDGE nothing to do. Tap a row for the reasons, the plan and what invalidates it. This is context, not advice; every number is checkable on your own chart.
